The SIS Team aspires to resolve most reported issues immediately (or within a very short time). If that is not possible, the SIS Team will direct support for the issue to the appropriate technical staff. The SIS Team will track the issue to conclusion and notify you of the results. For all cases, users will receive an email with a HEAT ticket number for reference. Please keep the HEAT ticket number and refer to it in all communications regarding your issue. There is a link to the SJUSD Heat website that will provide updates and status of the issue as it is being resolved.

SJUSD Zangle Support is available during the regular school year from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Schedules will be adjusted and posted on this website for breaks, Summer School, and non-instructional days.
